Blocking everything
Rejecting non-essential cookies changes nothing about reading the site — every page, the brief form and contact work fully without them. Your browser's own cookie controls remain the final say; blocking the strictly-necessary ones above will sign the admin out and drop unfinished briefs, which is the trade-off, stated plainly.
