No. Interactive studies use clearly labelled sample data. They never touch customer accounts, publish content or spend budget.

We work under DPAs on request, use least-privilege access, scoped credentials and audit trails, and can complete vendor security questionnaires. Hosting, backups, monitoring and SLAs are agreed at scoping — see /security.

Yes. We build editable block/section systems around the updates you actually make, with editor training, docs and a handover session recorded for onboarding.

Yes — technical SEO, content systems, Google/Meta ads, landing pages and Klaviyo/email lifecycle, reported against pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics.

Yes. Care plans bundle monitoring, updates, backups, small improvements and response-time SLAs. Severity levels and hours (Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00 IST, extended on request) are written into the agreement.

You do. Accounts, domains and repos live in your organisation with our team as collaborators. IP in deliverables transfers on final payment; we document every third-party cost and credential before launch.
