The details
GDPR — your data rights
Last updated September 2026
Zensign Global (Zensign LLP, Bengaluru, India · London, UK) is the data controller for this site. This page states the UK GDPR essentials in plain terms; the privacy notice and cookie policy hold the detail.
What we hold, and on what lawful basis
- Enquiries you send (name, email, company, message, brief details, optional attachment) — legitimate interests: replying to someone who asked to be replied to. Kept while the conversation is live plus twelve months.
- Newsletter address — consent: only if you opt in, only until you unsubscribe (every email carries the link).
- Security and abuse records (rate-limit counters, sign-in logs) — legitimate interests: keeping the forms and the admin area standing up. Short-lived by design.
- Analytics and chat — consent: Google Analytics and the AssistLoop assistant load only after your opt-in, changeable any time on the cookies page.
Your rights, and how fast we honour them
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — email mail@zensignglobal.com with what you want and we action it within one business day (the law allows a month; we have never needed it). No forms, no ticket queue, no fee.
Who else touches the data (processors)
- Vercel — hosting, analytics, file storage (Blob).
- Neon — Postgres database for form submissions.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Upstash — rate limiting counters.
- Google — analytics, only with consent.
- AssistLoop — support chat, only with consent.
Each acts strictly on our instructions under its own data-processing terms. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with a data broker, and no profile of you is built across other sites. Some processors operate outside the UK/EEA (including the US); transfers rest on the providers' standard contractual clauses and adequacy arrangements. A signed DPA is available on request — ask at the address above.
Children and automated decisions
This is a business consultancy site, not directed at children, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is ever made about you by automated means — including the AI chat, which answers questions and nothing more.
Complaining
Start with us — most issues are a one-email fix. If you remain dissatisfied you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and EU visitors to their national supervisory authority.
Questions can be sent to mail@zensignglobal.com.
