This site is run by Zensign Global (Zensign LLP), Bengaluru, India · London, UK. It collects the least it can get away with, and this page says exactly what that is. For DPAs, write to mail@zensignglobal.com.
What gets collected
- Anything you type into a form. The contact and brief forms store what you submit — name, email, and what you wrote — so our team can reply. Nothing else is inferred from it.
- Newsletter address. Only if you enter one, and only until you unsubscribe, which every email carries a link for.
- Aggregate analytics. Page views, referrer, country, and device class, via Vercel Analytics and — only after your opt-in — the Google tag (GT-P3MWHBH, carried over from our previous site). Details and controls live on the cookie policy page. Used to see which pages do their job.
- AI chat conversations. If you use the chat widget, AssistLoop processes what you type there (messages, conversation context and basic browser information) so the assistant can reply. See AssistLoop's own privacy notice for retention.
What does not happen
- Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with a data broker.
- No profile is built about you across other sites.
- No email you send becomes a marketing list entry unless you asked for one.
Processors
Data sits with the services that run this site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon or an equivalent Postgres host (form submissions), Zoho Mail / Resend (transactional email), Upstash (rate limiting), and Google Analytics. Each holds it under its own terms as a processor. A DPA is available on request.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept while the enquiry is live and for twelve months afterwards, so a returning conversation has context. Analytics data expires on the provider's own schedule. Ask and any of it is deleted sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and applicable Indian DPDP provisions for IN data) you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased.
